Twice Baked Potatoes

Description

This 8×8 pan holds 8 potato boats. Serves both #dinnerforthefamily and #dinnerfortwo since you can pull individual potatoes from the pan then thaw and bake.

The shell is worth recognizing, The potatoes are sprinkled with season salt then drizzled with oil and baked for a few hours. The centre is filled with sour cream, cheddar cheese  then topped with bacon- its a family favorite!
