Thanksgiving Meal

Description

Dinner for the family serves 6 (2 adults, 3 teenagers, 1 child) Dinner for two serves 2 adults

Cranberry Jell O Salad, Dinner Rolls, Sweet Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans (with bacon and onion), Turkey, Filling, Gravy and Pumpkin Torte.

The turkey is slow-roasted and gravy is made from the drippings. Filling is made with brown butter just like my grandma made it. Sweet potatoes are topped with walnuts and marshmallows and mashed potatoes are made from scratch. Homemade dinner rolls and a cranberry jello with garnishes, pumpkin torte for dessert. Most of the main dishes will come frozen with instructions for warming or baking.

Our turkeys are purchased from Country Meadows Homestead a reputable source with a slow growing breed from a small private flock, raised out in pastures, fresh processed and never frozen.

Our sweet potatoes are purchased from Jade Family Farm a reputable source growing vegetables from their Farm in Mifflintown
